How Our Compliance Process Works

We’ve designed our CPSR and compliance services to be clear, fast, and stress-free. Here’s how the process works from start to finish.

Step 1

Review Services & Pricing

Start by visiting our Pricing page to see the available compliance services and costs. Choose the service (or combination of services) that best suits your product.

Step 2

Select the Compliance Service & Region

Once you choose a service, you’ll be directed to the Compliance Service product page. Here, you must enter your Product Name and Region (UK/EU) - this is required for all services.

You can then select the specific services you need, such as:

Provide Product Details for CPSR or PIF (If Selected)

If you select CPSR or PIF, you’ll be asked to enter:

The system will automatically calculate the price based on this information.

Step 4

Create an Account & Checkout

It’s recommended to create an account before purchasing so you can easily manage your submission.
However, if you don’t already have one, an account will be automatically created during checkout.
You can then proceed to secure payment.

Step 5

Complete the Product Submission Form

After payment, log in to your account and go to the Services menu.
You’ll find a Product Submission Form there.

This single form is used for both CPSR and PIF services.
Fill it in with your formulation and product details.

Step 6

Email Supporting Documents

Once you’ve submitted the form, email the relevant supporting documents to our team, including:

Step 7

Assessment & Compliance Review

Our qualified safety assessors will:

Step 8

Receive Your Completed Documents

Your completed CPSR and/or PIF will be delivered to you by email in PDF format. You are then legally ready to place your product on the UK and/or EU market.
