CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) – For products sold in the EU: This is the mandatory portal for the EU market . Notification is not an “approval” process, but a legal requirement to provide authorities with a complete record of your product’s ingredients and safety details.

  • Registered address (UK address for SCPN / EU address for CPNP)

  • Identification of nanomaterials

  • Chemical name (IUPAC)

  • CAS number

  • Concentration

  • Toxicological profile

7. CMR Substance Declaration (If Applicable)

(Only applicable where legally permitted substances are used.)

  • Confirmation of any CMR substances present

  • Compliance confirmation under relevant Annex restrictions

  • CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report)

  • Product Information File (PIF)

  • Supporting test data

These must be retained by the Responsible Person for inspection.
